Overview
In 2010, the National Press Foundation established The Feddie Award to recognize outstanding reporting about the impact of federal laws and regulations on local communities. It is open to any U.S.-based journalist whose work represents the highest standards of journalism.

The award includes a cash prize of $5,000.
