The Studio Workspace Residency at Women's Studio Workshop (WSW) offers artists an opportunity to create new work in a supportive environment. While artists are responsible for their own travel, materials, meals, and personal expenses, WSW provides housing and studio space at no cost.
The Studio Workspace Residency at Women's Studio Workshop is open to all women, trans, intersex, nonbinary, and genderfluid artists at any stage of their careers. There are no nationality restrictions; artists from around the world are encouraged to apply. Applicants should have experience in one or more of the studio disciplines offered, including intaglio, letterpress, papermaking, screenprinting, darkroom photography, or ceramics.
