Manager, Post Production

Netflix are looking to add an experienced Post Production Manager to the UCAN Scripted Comedy Series team. This position will act as both an internal and external ‘show-facing’ executive for Netflix, overseeing a slate of comedy series produced by external storytellers and, in some cases, external production companies. Additionally, this role will also lead or support internal projects and initiatives with cross-functional teams across Netflix. Further, they will be responsible for recommending and managing Post Producers, Post Supervisors, Editors, and other external post staff, as needed, on each individual title. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about networking and getting to know key talent in the field and should also be interested in helping identify opportunities to develop and encourage the next generation of post production talent.

This role is based in Los Angeles. Netflix compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; they do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, they rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $160,000 - $360,000.
