Overview
The Liu Shiming Art Foundation seeks to support emerging artists by encouraging the creation of all forms of art and multicultural study, and encouraging the general public to view the creative process from a multicultural East/West perspective, broadening and enriching the human experience. Every year the Foundation offers grants to exceptional emerging artists.
