Overview
The Los Angles Times is offering 10 weeks of intensive, hands-on experience in a region where big stories are the norm. They place interns throughout the Los Angeles Times in departments that help capture new audiences, explain news events in written words and present information visually. Interns have the opportunity to work in Metro/Local, Entertainment and Arts, Sports, Politics, Business, Features/Lifestyle (Fashion, Food, Travel, Home Design, Plants), Foreign/National, Editorial Pages/Op-Ed, De Los, Fast Break (The Times’ breaking news desk), Multiplatform Editing (copy editing), Photography, Video, Data and Graphics, Design, Audience Engagement, Image (The Times’ fashion magazine) and in Sacramento.
Reward
These are paid internships and summer 2026 interns will start May 26 and June 22.
